This Privacy Policy explains how BIYZEN Youth Services ("BIYZEN", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and our mobile apps: StressFree Pro, Stress Free and Relex (together, the "Apps").
1. Information we collect
- Name – to create and personalise your account.
- Email address – for sign-in, account recovery, receipts and important service updates.
- Phone number – for verification, session coordination and support.
- Device ID – to keep your account secure, prevent misuse and diagnose app issues.
- FCM tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) – to deliver push notifications such as session reminders, wellness tips and account alerts.
We do not intentionally collect more data than is needed to provide the Apps.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve StressFree Pro, Stress Free and Relex.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To send push notifications, reminders and service messages (you can turn notifications off in your device settings).
- To respond to support requests and process payments or refunds.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and restricted staff access. Counselling conversations are treated as confidential. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
4. No selling of personal data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Information is shared only with trusted service providers (for example hosting, payments and push-notification delivery) strictly to operate the Apps, or where required by law.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time on our Delete Account page; your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for notifications at any time.
7. Children
Where users are minors, we expect a parent or guardian to consent to use of the Apps.
