Scope
This policy applies to counselling sessions, packages and program enrolments purchased from BIYZEN.
Cancellation by user
Sessions cancelled with reasonable advance notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to counsellor availability.
Cancellation by BIYZEN
If a session is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, the session remains credited to your plan.
Refund requests
Refund requests can be raised by writing to info@biyzen.com with your enrolment details.
Non-refundable items
Sessions already delivered and completed program modules are generally non-refundable.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
